We’re back! We missed you and your beautiful smile.
Following Gov. Mike DeWine’s guidelines, we reopened our offices to all patients May 1.
We couldn’t be happier!
It’s been a long couple of months, but we understood the Governor’s orders to shut down for a few weeks. This not only kept our staff and community safe, but ensured you stayed healthy. We’re committed to doing everything we can to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Even during this reopening period, we remain dedicated to protecting your health and slowing the spread of this disease. That’s why we are following the safety recommendations of Gov. DeWine and the American Dental Association.
When our patients decide to return to our dental clinic in Middleburg Heights, things will run a little differently. Here’s what you can expect.
Screening Interviews
When you schedule an appointment, we’d like to ask you a few screening questions about your health. We just want to make sure you’re feeling okay. This is for the safety of our staff, your fellow patients, and your family’s health. We’ll ask these questions again as a follow up when you come in to see us.
Increased Social Distancing
We will do all we can to maintain the recommended distance of 6 feet between individuals — and more if possible. Appointments will be limited and staggered to limit the number of patients in the office. This is done to help prevent transmission of the virus.
Our New Waiting Area — The Parking Lot
We’ll ask our patients to remain in their cars as they wait for their appointment. Bring your own magazines or reading materials, maybe something for the kids to play with. We’ll call you when your appointment is ready. If you don’t have a phone, we’ll come to your car to let you know we’re ready for you.
New Filtration System
For your health and safety, we’ve installed a new state-of-the-art air filtration system. It includes a hospital grade filter that’s designed to minimize the spread of germs and viruses.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
When you enter our office, we’ll ask you to apply hand sanitizer. There will be bottles of hand sanitizer in the reception area and around the office for you to reapply as needed. Our staff makes good use of the hand sanitizer as well.
Got a Question? We’re Here to Help
Understandably, this is a difficult time. Guidelines continually change and evolve. We need to do everything we can to stay happy and healthy. Have a question? Call our office. We’re happy to help.
We’re glad to be back. We can’t wait to see you. Your family’s health and happiness are our top priorities. Hope to see you soon!
